They have retained our services to fill a Director of Sales position that will report directly to the VP of Sales. This role will be responsible for management of sales reps as well as maintaining and growing key accounts. It will be involved with the executive management team, work with R&D and operations as well as customer service. This role is a very integral part of the organization as well as future succession planning. What we are looking for is someone who has experience in selling fine paper, thermal paper or specialty paper to converters or laminators; who has the ability to make presentations and communicate effectively to customers and the management team; and who can probe the needs of customers and be creative in finding common ground between the Company and its customers. Management experience is a plus as this role will be managing and growing a sales team. This role will be based out of the Northeast and relocation will be provided.
