What We Do For Candidates

At Recruiter Solutions International, we treat all of our candidates’ information confidentially. None of your information is shared with any of our clients without your permission. Our clients come to us with job searches that have a narrow scope and positions you would not be likely to find on a job board. We keep all resumes that are pertinent to our several different specialties.

If your background appears to be a match for an open job we have here, one of our recruiters will call you to conduct a phone screen to see if there is a potential fit. We will guide you through the entire interviewing process as well as check references and perform a background check. We will keep you informed the entire time on what is happening with the interviewing process to make sure you have all the information you need to make the right career decision.
